 Lesson Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Exceptions may be considered in cases of illness or family emergencies. Piano students are eligible for up to two make-up lessons per semester for cancellations made with proper notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, and no make-up lesson will be provided. Lessons canceled due to extreme weather conditions will not be rescheduled.

Attendance and Teacher Cancellations
If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. If a teacher needs to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson will always be provided.
