• If you must cancel, you must do so 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time

(exceptions are family emergencies and illness). You will be allowed to receive two

make-up lessons per semester for any cancellation made in advance (piano students

ONLY). Canceling in less than 24 hours time will result in being charged for the lesson

missed and no make-up lesson will be granted. Cancellations made due to extreme

weather conditions will NOT be made up.

• If a student is late, the lesson will end at the scheduled end time. If a teacher must

cancel a lesson, the student will receive a make-up regardless.
